They went to the Base Camp and returned successfully. Then the trekking destination came into existence and now is widely famous as Everest Base Camp trek. Lukla Airport was constructed by Edmund and his team to help the trekkers get a smooth transport facility for accessing this area.

Therefore, hiring guides and porters is a beat decision because they have thousands of tricky ways of getting there and returning.

Everest Base Camp Trek starts from Kathmandu by airway landing at the most dangerous Airport in the World-Lukla Airport. The Airport has only one runway and lies at a higher elevation. That's why considered a terrific and exciting Airport. You would feel refreshed and relieved when you successfully land on it. Well, that's just the beginning of your trek. You trek to Namche Bazaar- the only trade hub of the Everest region. Guess what; you can see a glimpse of Mt. Lukla, Mt. AmaDablam, and Mt. Everest from the area. The weather during Everest Base Camp Trek in October

October is the Autumn season in Nepal. Autumn comes after the monsoon, which takes away all the rains from the atmosphere and makes it shiny and bright. The clouds won't hide the views of snow-capped peaks and glaciers. Thus, October is famous as 'the King of Trekking month in Nepal'.
You've to accept the fact that the weather is unpredictable in the Everest region. But in October, it's less frequent. The moderate type of temperature with slow blowing wind makes the trip correctly carried out. The temperature during the day ranges from 12°C to 16°C. The night temperature decreases from 2°C to -5°C. It isn't that cold in higher elevations.

Whatever people say, it's tough to predict the weather in the Everest region. The weather changes every hour because of the change in the pattern of wind and clouds. The fresh air offers a stunning view of Mt. Everest from Kalapather hill.

Everest Base Camp Trek Difficulties

Whether peak season or off-season, the difficulties would stand by your side. It's mainly because of the unpredictable weather and climatic condition. Sometimes, due to more stopping, you may not find the teahouses. That's why your physical fitness and mentally prepared mind matter a lot during the trek.

Altitude sickness has become a common problem for most trekkers. If you feel the symptom of altitude sickness, make sure not to trek higher. If possible, travel to a lower elevation and drink plenty of water which keeps your body hydrated.

The trail is rugged and rough. So, you've to be smart while trekking along with it. Uphills and downhills would make you tire and feel bored. Ultimately, suspension bridges and mountain views will give energy to trek higher.
