Very good service. This is the second time I join their trip. The first time was the Annapurna base camp. Always satisfying. The owner, Dipak is very fast response. We even got last minute flight from Lukla to Ramechap within 10minutes only so we don't need to be stranded in Lukla and could heading back to the city earlier

From the moment we landed in Kathmandu to the very last wave goodbye at the airport, our experience with White Mountain was seamless and deeply memorable.

The team was exceptional, and both Deepak and Rishi stood out for their warmth, humor, and absolute professionalism. They greeted us with smiles and ensured we felt comfortable every step of the way. Before the trip, the communication was detailed and reassuring — we knew exactly what to expect and what to bring.

Once on the trail, Rishi’s expertise became even more evident. He shared stories about the region, gave us practical tips on staying healthy, and always brought a laugh to the table.

Whether it was recommending local dishes or teaching us card games during chilly evenings in tea houses, he went above and beyond. I’ve already been urging friends who are considering Nepal to just go and to go with White Mountain. You won’t regret it.

Deepak and Rishi were absolutely outstanding throughout the entirety of our trip. They took good care of us from the moment we stepped out of the airport into Kathmandu, right until dropping us back off for the flight home, and made sure we were safe, well informed and having fun throughout.

Information before the trip on specifics of our activity and what we'd need to support it was very good, as was the coordination of our journey out. After arriving Deepak introduced us to our guide, Rishi, both of whom were funny, pleasant, and very knowledgeable of the route, their home, and the Himalayas. Rishi was the best guide we could have asked or hoped for. He's helpful, and informative, ensures you get the best local knowledge on food and safety tips, and always has a joke or a new card game to pass the long evenings you'll spend in tea huts.

I have a few friends humming and hah-ing about whether or not to go out to Nepal, and I'll be recommending to them the friendliness and professionalism of White Mountain. I couldn't have had a better time and I want the people I care about to go with these guys - I honestly cannot recommend them strongly enough and even this review is pithy thanks for the effort they put into our trip, they gave us value far beyond what we paid them (bring a tip!)

The EBC trek was one of the best experiences of my life. Sambhu, our guide, was helpful and cheerful every step of the way. His knowledge of the region added depth to the journey. Regardless of elaborate preparations, EBC trekking was beyond my forseeable expectations. We experienced various difficulties due to long trek, high altitude, and unpredictable weather. However, our experienced guide, Mr. Dilli, and owner, Mr. Dipak coordinated seamlessly resolving all problems with professionalism and calmness. We just completed the Everest Base Camp trek with helicopter return, organized by Adventure White Mountain, and it was truly an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

From the very beginning, the communication with Dipak, the owner, was outstanding. He handled all logistics with care and attention to detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Originally, our plan was to take a helicopter from Lobuche to Kathmandu, but when I found myself completely exhausted at Gorakshep, I reached out to Dipak last minute. He immediately responded and arranged a helicopter directly from Gorakshep to Kathmandu, which I’m incredibly grateful for. His flexibility and commitment to our comfort were amazing.

In Lukla, we met our guide Kumar and porter Santosh, who were the heart of this entire journey. From day one, they were attentive, kind, and incredibly supportive. Kumar was calm, knowledgeable, and always looking out for our well-being. He paced the trek perfectly, ensured we were acclimatizing properly, and provided constant encouragement. Santosh, our cheerful and hardworking porter, was equally amazing—always full of energy and ready to help with anything we needed.

There were moments on the trail when I was absolutely drained, and both Kumar and Santosh didn’t hesitate to help carry my backpack, even though it wasn’t expected of them. That extra support meant so much and truly helped me push through the tough sections.

The trek itself was breathtaking—towering peaks, peaceful villages, suspension bridges, glaciers, and ever-changing landscapes that made every single step worth it. Reaching Everest Base Camp was emotional and rewarding, and the helicopter ride back was a spectacular finale, giving us sweeping views of the Himalayas from above.

Everything—from accommodations to meals to the overall flow of the itinerary—was managed with professionalism and warmth. We felt safe, cared for, and inspired every day.

If you're thinking of doing the EBC trek, I wholeheartedly recommend Adventure White Mountain. Huge thanks to Dipak, Kumar, and Santosh for making this experience so special. Your kindness, flexibility, and dedication turned this dream into a beautiful reality.

Amazing team our guides Mr.Dilli and Potter are both amazing without these guys we couldn’t have made it to Everest base camp. during the trek weather was ok but when we were in base camp it was supper good. our tour leader Dipak was a super nice guy. My guide baba Dilli was a super experience, he is a fantastic guy I always miss him thanks to Dipak and Dilli Baba I highly recommend ‘adventures white mountain ‘ please someone travel to Nepal using this adventure white mountain it was great service
